Foodtruck fiends - tonight is our last night for 2025.

Drop on down for your final fix of the year.

We'll all be taking a short break to recoup after what's been a huge year in the van, but also with some very special events, a busy season of Christmas catering, and running the . Yeeew.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. We really love making food for folk like you!

We've got plenty of exciting plans for 2026, and we can't wait to start the new year with fresh legs and fresh ideas! We hope to see you then!

Friends! We can hardly believe it, this is nearly us for the year! 😲

The crew will be serving up the goods for two final nights, Thursday and Saturday!

Friday we're closed ... BUT Oz and the truck will be at the Twilight Christmas Market ✨🎄(so an option to maximise your fix before we shut!)

We'd love, love, love to see our regulars before we all head on hols, to say thanks in person for being damn special this year.

Nothing warms our heart more (other than perhaps cooking in a foodtruck on a Ballarat summer evening yikes) than serving food for folk like you.

The team puts so much love and flavour and freshness into our dishes and we pride ourselves on not being an average kebab stand, and you all get it. And for that, we're pickled pink (don't you just love our pink pickles!).

We hope we can fill your bellies one (or three?) more times this year!

Menu highlight | Börek

This golden, flaky wheel of goodness is a staple at the food truck - for good reason.

It's Turkish comfort food at its most simple and delightful.

Made fresh by Oz, filled with spinach and cheese (but sometimes meat), rolled and served up piping hot ... then crunch! That pastry 😍

Menu highlight: Kizartma.

This is Oz's take on the Turkish dish of grilled vegetables in a homemade, rich tomato sauce.

His is pure eggplant and pure deliciousness. It's silky and smoky and vegan and always popular.

Served with tahini or yoghurt sauce - best enjoyed with warm, turkish bread or spiced pilaf.
