It’s Saturday and we’re open from **5–9pm** — and if you haven’t tried our **lamb kibbeh** yet, tonight’s a good night.

These hand-shaped bulgur shells are filled with seasoned lamb, gently fried until golden, and served with a side of garlic yoghurt. It’s one of those comforting, flavour-packed dishes we grew up with — simple, satisfying, and made with care.

Pair it with a side of baharat potato wedges, choban salad or warm bread and dips like beetroot or babaganoush. Or make it a full spread with a specialty hummus plate and something sweet to finish (we’ve got baklava and Turkish delight waiting).

If you’re after something a bit different for dinner, we’ve got options like:

✨ Falafel or slow-cooked lamb wraps
✨ Chicken shawarma or lamb shoulder plates
✨ Baharat-spiced potato wedges

WAMA is Australia’s first space dedicated to environmental art in all its forms — and we’re honoured to support their mission of blending creativity and conservation. 💚
