Massive thank you to everyone who came out to our second Friday Night Barbecue, we truly appreciate the support!

If you missed your Brisket Fix, you can catch us tomorrow morning at the Ballarat Sunday Market in Redan, for a Loaded Philli Cheese Toastie, or a Loaded Canadian Hasbrown!

For this months Friday Barbecue Night we will be opening up our online ordering!

You will be able to order your favourites, like our Pitmasters Feast or Loaded Texas Nachos, as well as some extra meats, sides or salads.

You may even find our 'secret menu' item, fit for a Meat Master.

Online will be open from 5pm until 8pm this Friday.

The time has finally come! 🎉

Smoke on the Weir will be opening up in Miners Rest, beginning this Friday the 4th of July, you will able to come and get your Brisket fix on the first Friday of each month.

With many plans to expand our barbecue menu, this Friday will be the beginning of a new journey for the smoky team!

We will be set up at our HQ location at 1 Nelson Street, Miners Rest, from 5pm onwards. We cannot wait to see you all!
