Welcome to Filo Fresh Food Truck

We provide exceptional catering services for all occasions, including weddings, markets, corporate events, private parties, and more. Raised in the Philippines amidst a rich tapestry of culinary traditions, they have blended their cultural heritage with their new Australian identity, creating a unique and tantalizing culinary experience. Passion for Cooking
They learned the secrets of Filipino cuisine from their elders. From hearty adobo to mouthwatering Kapampangan Sizzling Sisig, Fried wings, Spring rolls, Filo Samosa and more, their menu reflects the diverse flavours and vibrant spirit of the Philippines. With each dish they prepare, they infuse their love and nostalgia, offering customers a taste of home away from home. Filipino Flavours Down Under
As they navigate the bustling streets of Australia, they share not only their delicious food but also their culture and stories. With warm smiles and genuine hospitality, they welcome customers to experience the richness of Filipino cuisine firsthand. Whether it's a busy lunch hour or a festive celebration their food truck brings the flavours of the Philippines to life, creating memorable culinary experiences for all who visit.
