I was going to watch the sunrise this morning, but chose this instead... 🙃
It marks the end of a mammoth work week for me. This week the pace is slow. I'm taking a break, so please bear with me as I take some rest these next few days.

Not gonna lie ~ the past few days have been a little bit magic... in every way.I teach A LOT about filling our cups back...

Not gonna lie ~ the past few days have been a little bit magic... in every way.
I teach A LOT about filling our cups back up, practicing self love & finding joy in my Yoga classes.
But after a tough year emotionally & energetically for me, my nervous system was a little shot to pieces..! So I kept it on the down low ~ and brought myself HERE to reboot for a few days.
And safe to say, it's been incredibly healing.
✨️ I've scuba dived on reefs I dived 15 years ago (when I came here to this little Island Paradise the first time)..!
✨️ Have seen green sea turtles, sharks, octopus & mantis shrimps to name but a few things.
✨️ Taken myself for beautiful meals for one
✨️ Journalled ~ a lot!
✨️ Reminded myself that I am more than capable of adventuring & travelling alone as a solo female..! (Even with a few adventures & mishaps along the way)!
This was my 'Lions Gate Portal' ~ 8/8/25.
Spent somewhere in the deep blue of the ocean, in a world of gratitude!
My happy place.
If you're waiting on me for anything...
Promise i'll be home soon! 😊
