Why invest in a ceremony statement? ⤵️

A statement ceremony design creates impact in a way smaller scattered florals simply can’t. Instead of lots of little faux flower arrangements competing for attention, one intentional focal design instantly elevates the space and creates that “wow” feeling from the moment guests arrive.

Whether it’s abundant ground florals, modern plinths, hanging installations or a sculptural backdrop, ceremony statements do more than just look beautiful:

🍏 They frame your vows and key moments perfectly

🍏 They create that 'wow' feeling

🍏 They make your photos feel more editorial and immersive

🍏 They help define the overall aesthetic of your wedding

🍏 And the best part? Many designs can be repurposed into the reception afterwards for even more impact ✨

The ceremony is where your guests are looking during one of the most important moments of the day. Investing in a statement piece ensures it feels intentional, elevated and truly memorable.

If you'd like to look at options on how to repurpose the florals at your reception, have a chat to us and we will design something magical for you. 🤍

Your florals set the tone for your entire wedding day, which is why having one florist design everything creates the most cohesive and elevated overall look 🤍

From your bouquets and ceremony installations to reception tables, signage florals and bar arrangements, every detail works together when it’s designed under one creative vision. The colours, textures, flower choices and styling all flow naturally throughout the day instead of feeling disconnected.

It also makes the planning process so much smoother for couples. One point of contact, one shared vision and a florist who understands how every floral moment ties together to create the final atmosphere ✨

It’s the layers that make everything feel elevated ✨

The difference between “pretty” and wow often comes down to the extra styling details and layers we add to your day. Here are a few of my favourites that instantly transform your space ↓

✨ Candles throughout your ceremony
They add a touch of soft romance and make everything feel intentional (especially for late afternoon + indoor ceremonies)

✨ Table base florals
Florals don’t have to stop at the centrepiece, adding designs at the base of tables creates depth, layering and a more immersive reception look

✨ Draping
Beautifully draped materials add extra texture and soft romance to the design. These can be added to your plinths, tables and venue structures for a touch of softness.

✨ Fruit + unexpected elements
Think pears, citrus, grapes. They add texture, colour and a modern, curated feel that breaks away from traditional styling

✨ Petals scattered by your florals
Down the aisle, around plinths, or scattered through spaces, they add movement, softness and that editorial finish

✨ Suspended florals
Floating installs = instant impact. They draw the eye up and completely transform the space without overcrowding tables

These thoughtful details take your wedding from styled → designed 🤍

If you’re dreaming of a modern, elevated look that feels like you, I’d love to bring it to life

$5K of faux florals can go further than you think ✨

This budget allows for a beautifully cohesive wedding day, from bouquets and buttonholes, to a statement ceremony with lush plinth florals and aisle moments, through to a layered reception with candles, centrepieces and romantic table lamps.

One of the biggest advantages? Repurposing. Your ceremony florals don’t just last for the vows, they’re thoughtfully moved into your reception to create impact where it matters most (hello dreamy bridal table 😍)

With all logistics taken care of, everything flows seamlessly so you can stay present and enjoy every moment 🤍

If you’re planning and wondering what your budget can look like, this is your sign to start the conversation ✨ Enquire for a personalised faux floral proposal (link in bio)

Floral planning timeline 🤍

✨ When should you book?
Dates can fill 12–18 months ahead, especially during peak season, earlier is always a good idea.

✨ Choosing colours & details
We’ll map out an initial concept when you book, but nothing is locked in too early. Final decisions happen around 6 weeks before, so there’s plenty of room to refine your vision as things evolve. If you’re not sure yet, you can secure your date first and design later.

✨ Meetings & planning
Most of my couples are happy planning online, but I’m always available for a chat or in-person meeting whenever you need it.

✨ Deposit
Your date is officially yours once a 30% deposit is paid (within 5 days of receiving your invoice).

✨ Final payment
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

✨ On the day
Everything is delivered, set up, and styled for you. I liaise directly with your venue so it’s completely seamless 🤍

Repurposing, but make it feel intentional ✨

The ceremony florals didn’t just get moved, they were completely reimagined to frame the head table in a way that felt romantic, modern, and beautifully layered.

Think:

🍏 Arrangements in varying sizes for depth and movement

🍏 Soft draping to add that dreamy, editorial feel

🍏 Sand candles + table lamps for a warm, inviting atmosphere

🍏 Bud vases throughout to keep it feeling considered, not overdone

The result? A head table moment that feels immersive, elevated, and definitely doesn't look like you've just moved the florals 🤍

This is where thoughtful design makes all the difference, not just what you have, but how it’s styled.

When it comes to wedding florals, it’s not about spreading your budget thin and scattering florals here, there and everywhere, it’s about designing with intention. ✨

The most elevated weddings prioritise the moments that are seen, felt, and remembered.

Think personal florals that live on in every photo, a ceremony feature that creates impact, and a beautifully styled head table that anchors your reception space. Layer in a considered entry moment, and you’ve already created a cohesive, high end experience.

From there, table florals can be more refined, allowing your key pieces to truly shine without competing for attention.

This is where thoughtful design transforms a space.

If you’re drawn to intentional and modern faux floral styling for your big day, let’s create something unforgettable. ✨
