Tomorrow, we come together to celebrate Krishna — the eternal presence of love, joy and cosmic consciousness.

What a true blessing it is to have so many wonderful souls come together in oneness, devotion and celebration. 🙏✨

As we sing, chant and immerse ourselves in Krishna’s divine name, may our hearts become lighter, our minds quieter, and our spirits filled with love.

Let’s celebrate not just the birth of Krishna, but the awakening of Krishna within each one of us. 💙

While our fellow beings mourn the devastation across the sacred Himalayas, now more than ever, we are called to come together — to unite our hearts, raise our collective consciousness, and send healing energy to our beautiful planet.

Through the power of prayer, music and kirtan, we will sing our hearts out for those who are still trapped in the aftermath of this tragedy.

Any surplus funds raised through this kirtan will be donated to a righteous local aid provider supporting those who need it most.

What began with a simple intention to come together in prayer, devotion and seva has touched our hearts in ways we could never have imagined.

Greetings dear community.

It’s deeply sad to see what is happening in Nepal right now and hearts are pouring out to help.

Sadly, this is not an isolated or entirely unpredictable tragedy. As our planet warms and extreme climate events become more frequent, remote and vulnerable communities around the world are increasingly exposed to devastating impacts.

Scientific research continues to highlight the serious risks facing the Himalayan region, including rapidly melting glaciers and the growing threat of floods, landslides, and other climate-related disasters.

More than ever, communities need education, awareness, and practical tools to understand these risks and build resilience for the future.

Of course, our hearts naturally want to respond to this tragedy with immediate financial support. But rather than simply adding funds to already stretched relief efforts focused primarily on immediate needs, we would like to take a slightly different approach — to invest in a local school and the wider community around it.

By investing in education, we can help create communities that are more informed, better prepared, and more resilient — not only for today, but for the future.

We are partnering with a school community in Kathmandu, who will help us identify schools in affected regional communities that are in significant need of support, including those that may have to rebuild almost everything from scratch.

We feel this is a deeply meaningful way for us to help — not only responding to what has happened, but investing in people, education, rebuilding, and long-term resilience.

Your devotion and your donation will directly contribute to rebuilding and strengthening the communities that need it most.

Over the next few weeks leading up to the retreat, we will be sharing the bios and workshop details of our dear facilitators.

On this occasion, let's welcome Katrina.

Katrina has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years across the world starting in her teens with gym yoga then moving onto Vinyasa, Hatha, Ariel Yoga, Restorative, Bikram, Ashatanga, Yin and Kundalini Yoga.

Coming from a background in dance and fitness, she found a deeper side to yoga which has been an integral part of her healing journey. She is passionate about sharing this beautiful healing practice, along with other mindful practices with her students.

She is a qualified Vinyasa yoga teacher; completing her 200 hour certification on the Mornington Peninsula. She offers a calm, grounded and down to earth practice, allowing students to drop in and let go.

She teaches various styles of yoga including Slow flow, Vinyasa, Power flow, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Yin and Mediation. She loves to incorporate powerful music and beats into her classes and invites students to feel the rhythm as they move.

Parmiss Kia is a Transformation Coach, Level 2 KAP Facilitator, KAP Teacher Assistant, and Non-Dual Transmission Teacher dedicated to supporting people through deep inner transformation, expanded awareness, and embodied change. Through Ahleph, she creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves beyond habitual patterns, conditioning, and limiting stories. Her work brings together Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), Non-Dual Transmission, shadow and inner work, coaching, meditation, and transformational retreats. With years of experience facilitating hundreds of sessions, workshops, and retreats, Parmiss holds a grounded yet deeply experiential approach to transformation — inviting people not simply to understand themselves differently, but to experience themselves differently.

Cristina brings a grounded, heartfelt approach to yoga, embodiment, and meditation, shaped by years of dedicated study and lived practice. Since 2018, she has been sharing practices rooted in direct experience, drawing from extensive training in India and ongoing exploration across yoga philosophy, meditation, non-linear movement, and diverse yogic traditions.

Her teaching is less about self-improvement and more about self-meeting.
Cristina invites participants to soften out of the mind, listen to the intelligence of the body and breath, and reconnect with what is already present with awareness, gentleness, and truth.

Her sessions are practical, spacious, and quietly transformative, offering tools that support emotional wellbeing and embodied presence both on and off the mat.

During the retreat, Cristina will facilitate:

On this occasion, let's welcome Mickey.

Mickey’s relationship with yoga has unfolded over a lifetime of practice, exploration and curiosity—shaping not only the way he teaches, but the way he moves through the world.

After spending eight transformative years living in Thailand and travelling through India, where he studied within the Iyengar and Sivananda traditions, Mickey completed an extensive 900-hour teacher training in 2006. Since then, he has devoted himself to teaching yoga full-time across many of Melbourne’s leading studios, while also guiding retreats and training the next generation of yoga teachers.

His teaching weaves together embodied movement, breath, anatomical understanding and the deeper philosophical traditions of yoga—particularly Ta**ra and Advaita Vedanta. His classes can be physically engaging and spiritually nourishing, yet always carry his signature warmth, humour and lightness.

Mickey’s work is grounded in the understanding that, while yoga offers profound benefits for body and mind, its deeper invitation is to reconnect us with the stillness, freedom and wholeness already present within.

A long-time DJ and lover of music, rhythm and expanded states of awareness, Mickey also explores the meeting place between yoga, breath, sound and embodied journeying—creating experiences that invite both deep inner listening and joyful connection.
