As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind expectant and new parents that there is support available 24/7.

We understand that the challenges and tough moments of new parenthood can come at any time of the day or night, which is why we are especially passionate about this free new support.

The Gidget Perinatal Support Centre: Powered by
Sonder is a 24/7 safety and wellbeing support service, linking expectant and new parents to a dedicated support centre via an app.

Support is provided 24/7 by registered nurses and other experienced emergency specialists, who are all trained by Mental Health Australia.
There is no question or issue too small or too big.
