We had the pleasure of catering for the PLC Livestock Team Celebration this weekend.
Our mission was to cook a banquet that heroed lamb but to also incorporate paella and other delicious sides.
The final result was a delicious marriage of flavours with slow-cooked lamb shoulder and salsa verde, eggplant paella, zesty green bean salad with toasted almonds and minted cucumber salad.
It’s always nice to create a specific menu to suit an event. Check out some quick videos/pics I took on the fly before they rushed out the door!
