Big happy birthday from all of us at BBQ Battalion Armidale to the legend behind The Meat Game Podcast!

Fieldy, mate - whether you're breaking down a carcase with scary precision or dropping knowledge bombs on a demo stage, you've done more for the barbecue, butchery and meat industry than most people realise. Your passion for the craft (and your talent for making a boning knife look like an extension of your own arm) hasn't gone unnoticed.

So today, put the knife down for five minutes, crack a cold one, and let someone else carve for a change. You've earned it.

Here's to another year of top-notch butchery, cracking podcast episodes, and keeping this industry honest, educated and well fed.

Today we're firing up the birthday wishes to Barbecue Battalion Armidale's finest fashionista, our fun-loving, life-living, smoke-breathing, numbers-crunching legend!

Brad brings the good vibes, keeps the books straight, and never misses a chance to get around a quality cook. We couldn't do what we do without him!

Low and slow pork ribs. A crowd full of samples. Zero complaints.

Fieldy from and Stu the Butcher brought the heat for Session 4 at The Big Chill, breaking down the low and slow pork rib process before Troy from BERS cracked open some rack he'd cooked for the crowd to dig into.

Delicious from all reports. We'll take that.
