Just sharing a little sneak peek of this gorgeous little cake!

This one was such a fun brief: whimsical, feminine, a bit unique... with splashes of cream, burgundy and green.

So I took that as creative permission to have some fun with the piping!

A little sculptural buttercream, a splash of burgundy, some a trio of everlasting daisies from my garden (my Grandma always told me to arrange flowers in threes) and those lovely wild little green tendrils.

It was only a 6 × 8" cake for an intimate elopement, but it ended up looking sweeter than I'd imagined.

And thankfully, the couple loved it too!

Just a little sneak peek for now - I'll share the full styled shoot once the official photo gallery is released.

Travelling down the Great Ocean Road to Apollo Bay for a birthday celebration and don't want to bake a cake to make the winding journey with you?

Let me help you out 🙂

Enquiries can be made through the simple enquiry form on my website (link in bio) or send me a DM and I will be in touch.

Love heart cakes appear to be all the rage so far this Spring, going by what the most recent orders have been.

Full of flavour and made from scratch using real ingredients, I can make you a made-to-order cake and even deliver it straight to your accommodation.

Please make your enquiry at least a week in advance, so I can ensure I have time to make something just for you.

I am loving all the wedding cake requests recently with little touches incorporating beloved pets!

Flashback a couple of years to the first time I added a collie to a wedding cake, for a lovely couple Stef & Ben.

I love when couples have a special idea they want added to their cake design, to personalise it just for them. Keep them coming!

From this to this and this!

A busy start to the week with an order for two yummy birthday desserts on Tuesday.

A New York style cheesecake, rich, dense and tangy, made with lots and lots of philly cream cheese, sourcream, a dash of mascarpone and a sprinkle of lemon juice and zest.

And a family size Tiramisu, perfect for 8-10 people to devour and enjoy. Picture Savioardi sponge fingers dipped in a strong espresso coffee (Apollo Bay's own Hello Coffee of course). Layered with rich custard made from tempered egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone and cream. Deeelightful!

Finally, it's here!!!

It's been a long time coming, and I am very excited to finally say, my Weddings & Special Occasions Guide is now available!

I've put together the things I get asked the most when it comes to choosing a wedding cake or desserts - flavours, shapes, sizes, delivery and decorations - all the details that you wouldn't even think of when you think - right, can't forget the cake!

If you are planning a wedding or special event here in the Otways or along the Great Ocean Road, I would love for you to have a look.

The guide is free - I have popped the download link in the comments below.

Get excited with me!!! 🤍🥳

Something I've been slowly chipping away at behind the scenes (for waaay too long to admit to!) is nearly ready!

My new Weddings & Special Occasions Guide is coming later this week 🤍

I've pulled together all the things I get asked about when it comes to choosing a wedding cake - from flavours and sizes to serving numvers, styling, delivery and all the other little details that are easy to get overwhelmed or overlooked when you're planning a wedding.

If you are planning a wedding or special celebration here on the Great Ocean Road or across the Otways, I think you will find it useful.

More really soon... 😁🤍
