NOW THAT’S HOW YOU PIVOT. 🤍
When we found out White On Whitehaven couldn’t go ahead on Whitehaven Beach, we had just a few days to completely rethink the event. And what happened next was pretty bloody special.
Our team went into overdrive. Suppliers jumped in. Local businesses moved mountains. Plans changed by the hour. Things that normally take weeks (if not months) were pulled together in days.
From finding the perfect new location at Paradise Cove Whitsundays, to food, drinks, transport, furniture, styling, production, entertainment and all the little details in between, it took a whole lot of people saying “Yep, we can make that happen.”
And they did.
To the incredible Airlie Events team, Kev Collins and his catering team, 74 Islands Distillery, our suppliers, contractors, venue partners and the local businesses who dropped everything, found solutions and helped us turn a major curveball into one hell of a party… thank you. 🤍
And to everyone who came along and embraced the pivot with us, thank you for trusting us to make it happen.
White on Whitehaven may have looked a little different this year, but the heart of it stayed exactly the same. Good people. Great suppliers. A beautiful Whitsunday setting. And a team that knows how to make things happen.
