25 years. One unforgettable weekend. 🩵🪸

The 25th Great Barrier Reef Festival was filled with so many special moments. From live music and the Street Parade to Revvin' the Reef, the Recyclable Regatta, Bait to Plate, Movie Night, Lantern Parade, Family Fun Day and the markets, it was wonderful to see our community and visitors come together to celebrate our beautiful corner of the world.

Discover IMMERSE, the Great Barrier Reef Festival's stunning outdoor art installation that transforms the Airlie Beach Foreshore into an underwater wonderland.

Created from recycled materials and marine debris, these larger-than-life reef sculptures celebrate the beauty of our Great Barrier Reef while sharing an important message about sustainability and protecting our oceans.

Running off coffee and good vibes after a HUGE weekend at Between the Tides ☕🌊😅

The Airlie Events team put in the hours behind the scenes, and honestly… we loved every bit of it. From setup to pack down, and everything in between, it was all worth it to see this incredible event come to life along the foreshore.

We’ll happily recover for a moment… before we do it all again! 😜
