May was full steam ahead at Bob Gloyn Photography with a little Tasmanian adventure thrown in for good measure.
After a busy start to the year, May delivered a great combination of professional projects, new experiences, and another chance to spend some time exploring more of Tasmania.
Some highlights from May:

• Working once again with April and Natalie on photography and video projects.
• Commercial property drone photography.
• A fantastic trip to Tasmania, taking in some incredible scenery, local attractions.
• Three action-packed days covering the Supercars in Tasmania. Plenty of excitement, speed, and opportunities to capture the atmosphere both on and off the track.
• AFL match while in Tasmania.
• Ongoing photography, editing, planning, and client work that keeps the business moving forward.
• Behind-the-scenes improvements and preparation for upcoming projects as the year continues to gather momentum.

One of the things I enjoy most about this business is the variety. One day it's commercial drone work, the next it's video production, corporate photography, motorsport, sport, or helping businesses showcase what they do best.

No two months are ever quite the same.
May was a reminder that even when work is busy, it's important to make time to explore, recharge, and find inspiration in new places.

April kept the momentum going at Bob Gloyn Photography… and didn’t slow down.**
April continued the strong run of interesting and challenging work.
Different projects, different environments, and plenty happening both on-site and behind the scenes.
Across the month, I was working across photography, video, and production support—capturing content, refining workflows, and delivering for clients who expect things done right.

Some highlights from April:

• Rental Property Network team shoot. Group and individual photography to showcase the people behind the business.
• “Music Lessons with Rose” . A dedicated video recording session (with editing currently in progress).
• Magazine photoshoot. Creative and detail-focused work for publication.
• Pre-production work for an upcoming drone project.
• A building site update shoot capturing wall finishings and highlighting the team behind the work.
• Ongoing editing… and more editing (always part of the process).
• Upgrades to my portable broadcast/recording setup. Improving flexibility and quality for future jobs.
• And even a passport photo session for a local lady, meeting United Kingdom requirements... because sometimes it’s the small jobs that matter just as much.

There’s always more happening behind the scenes, but April was a great mix of technical work, creative projects, and continuous improvement.

March kept the momentum rolling at Bob Gloyn Photography...and then some.
March wasn’t just busy… it was full-scale, high-energy, and incredibly rewarding.
Across March, Bob Gloyn Photography was busy behind both the camera and the video lens, capturing projects that demanded precision, adaptability, and teamwork.
Some standout moments from the month:
• Two Ultra Tune locations. Photo content for websites and social media.
• FOCSA (Fi****ms Owners Collective of South Australia) event, attended by members, Fi****ms owners, Olympic and world champions, multiple SA political parties, and the MC Andrew Jarman.
• ATSA (Assistive Technology Suppliers Australia) coverage at the Adelaide Show Grounds.
• Elycia’s wedding. It was a privilege to capture such a personal milestone with both photos and video.
• Loftus Technology event at the Adelaide Oval. A great event captured with both photos and video.
• Rental Property Network, Landlord Appreciation Evening. This is my 4th year photographing this fantastic event.
• And even a 1st birthday celebration to round it all out.
There’s always more happening behind the scenes, but these ones stood out.
Not just because they were big jobs, but because they were demanding, exciting, and required a team effort to deliver at the level my clients expect.
