Our mission is to connect diners with South Australia’s finest farmers, growers, fine food producers and wine makers through unique culinary events. We are a roving restaurant that will work with South Australia’s top food artisans, showcasing local produce throughout our menu, set in the State’s most picturesque settings. These will be events to remember, set on a long communal table “out in the

paddock” or on Iconic South Australian Landmarks. Last week our pop up bar for Burnside Village was a perfect winter warmer. We served Fireside Negronis, Sparkling and Gin, along with our popular cheese platters, marinated olives an delicious Chilli and Honey glazed almonds.

Last week we celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday with an epic house party.

The birthday girl had a very specific brief. Pink, bows, great food (she hand picked all her favourite items for our menu) and her favourite floral for the styling brief. Our team executed it perfectly.

EASTWOOD PRIVATE

Last week we had the pleasure in creating some magic for the launch of Eastwood Private, a state of the art hospital.
6 theatres, 51 private rooms. This will take orthopaedic surgeries to the next level.

Guests enjoyed roaming canapés while touring the hospital, followed by a curated 3 course dinner and chocolate ci**rs 🙂

Out In The Paddock, an Adelaide-based boutique events and catering company, is looking for a Casual Events & Catering Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and independent team member to support our events and catering business. You will work approximately 15-20 hours per week, managing event inquiries, crafting proposals, and assisting with event coordination. This role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage event emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Create customized event proposals that align with client visions.
Coordinate event logistics and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
Assist in event planning and ex*****on, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate with our creative team to bring unique event concepts to life.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Creative & solutions-focused – You have a passion for events and an eye for detail.
✔️ Highly self-motivated & independent – You take ownership of tasks and get things done.
✔️ Strong communication skills – You can write compelling event proposals and handle client interactions professionally.
✔️ Organized & adaptable – You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
✔️ Experience in events and hospitality is essential.
