HAPPY 1ST DAY OF 2026!! 🎉

I’m leaning into this fresh new year with optimism that it’s going to be one of new beginnings & new experiences.

🤍 For me living in the day works best & not comparing my progress or path to anyone else’s.
I just hope we can all live our best lives.

🤍 I continue to work on replacing fear with love.

🤍 Not looking backwards or forwards with anxiety or regret.
(The past is history, the future is a mystery, the present is a gift).

🤍 Knowing that my constant need for perfectionism can be more of a curse than a blessing, often causing stress to those I love & myself.

🤍 Learning to sit in the negative feelings as well as the good.
Trying to understand what they are trying to teach me, knowing this too will pass.

🤍 Letting go of unrealistic expectations of myself & others.

🤍 Just beginning & taking small steps consistently towards my goals & dreams.

🤍 Surrendering, knowing that the universe being in control is always going to be the best option for me.
