Rainy day parties are a whole other kind of magic! 😍🫧🌧
This was my very final party in May before I began my maternity leave... and it was spectacular! Children crafted while I face painted and glittered. Then we took the break in the rain to collect nature ingredients for our Fairy Friendship Potion! As we started bubbles in the garden the rain returned. The rain kept the bubbles big, wet and long-lasting. The wind swirled the millions of bubbles all around us, the garden and up over the house and into the clouds!! All of the parents and most of the children stood at the back of the house to watch, and a few of us chased bubbles and got rain-soaked and it was amazing!! It's a sign of a good party if everyone gets face painted at the beginning and it's washed off in the fun by the end haha 😄 Back inside afterwards for more magic wishes, fairy gifts for the birthday girl, singing around the birthday cake, and goodbyes under a rainbow in the sky 🌈✨️
There's always laughter at rainy day parties!! I have many fond (and damp🤭) memories of winter parties from last year! Even though I'm spending this winter snuggling my little newborn (also, sooooo magical 🥹🤱✨️), I'm back at events from mid-August onwards 🥳 DM me or email [email protected] to secure your date 💌
