Today one of our beautiful clients’ mums dropped in with flowers, wine and a candle to thank us for helping her daughter with her School Formal Gown Alteration 💐🥂
Truthfully, we didn’t do anything wildly extraordinary.
We simply cared.
We squeezed in extra work in a shorter timeframe because we knew how important the moment was for her daughter.
And it really got me thinking…
In business, you can provide the exact same level of workmanship, service, care and attention to two different people — and receive completely different experiences in return.
