More than 3000 crystals hang from the ceiling of The Ballroom in Ayers House.
Sir Henry Ayers ordered the 2 two large chandeliers for the ballroom he built in 1859 from F and C Osler in Birmingham, UK.

For more then 150 years they have glittered above South Australia’s elite as they danced into the wee hours, if only they could talk!
