•Imported wine and had it labeled with the company’s logo, 🍾
•Purchased wine glasses and had them silver- fill engraved with the company’s logo, 🍷
•Designed the 3 course meal, 🥙
•Created the event plan and schedule, 🎉
•Sourced staff to welcome and check- in guests, 💁‍♀️
•Created an AV plan, 📺
•Liaised with venue and clients, 🏰
•Sourced a photographer to capture the night, 📸
•Had a media wall created for the company, 🎞️
•Liaised with the company’s partners to have them donate to the event, 🎁
•Sourced florals for the event, 💐
•Managed the event’s finances, 💰
•Designed and sent out digital invitations and did email reminders and management of guests and ✉️
•Decorated the event 🎈

Set- up for PJCE’s 20th Celebration Gala Dinner 🥂

To decorate this event (that we also planned), we included:

•a custom made media wall,
•Springtime special bouquets in theme colours 💐
•lighting in theme colours,
•goody bags (full of on-brand shirts, local chocolates, mini torches, pens, wine and glasses) 🌟
•custom branded bottles of wine,
•custom engraved wine glasses 🍷
•screens displaying anniversary logos.
