Had the most adorable lil coeliac girl come into the pub today for her grandma’s birthday lunch. I wasn’t rostered on but had popped in to do some ordering and she asked if the coeliac chef was there, way to make me feel like a rockstar lil lady, you made my day as did your mum. So so happy to give you a safe place to eat and so grateful for your kind words. See you next visit!!! 🥰

4 years of the coeliac chef on fb! Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. Promise I’m gonna be more present for you now our work kitchen has been sorted. I’ve been a lil quiet of late but with the best intentions. My day job has had some challenges, not the least losing our head chef. But I have the best news for you, our lil gluten free fryer at The Salisbury Hotel has expanded this week to TWO guaranteed 100 percent gluten free fryers. Yes we blew up the first lil fryer which may have left a few disappointed this week. But from now on ALL of our chips, batters ,wedges, beef and chicken schnitzels are guaranteed gluten free. House crumbed and completely safe for coeliacs. Feedback this week from our non GF customers has been been amazing, fresh and house made plus coeliac safe…winning! 😊
