R U OK?
We know, today is not the only day this should be asked and trust us, we are huge advocates for mental health support - we always ask how our friends, family & customers are doing and if they are ok, but today is a great way to bring the topic up and show awareness on all platforms to remind those of the services available to them and the community which support those whom might be struggling or impacted by mental health. It’s a day to remind those that it’s 2023 and there is no shame in needing or asking for help or saying “actually I’m not ok” and it is also educating those around us to recognise the signs and how they can help those that may be struggling.
By taking the time for an R U OK? conversation and genuinely listening with an open mind, we can help our friends, family members, colleagues & customers feel supported and connected.
Let the people in your world know you're here, to REALLY hear, because a conversation could change a life.
We are always here to listen, always feel free to reach out if you need it. We understand the turmoil mental health can cause but we also understand how having these conversations can set your soul on a path of healing.
