Top layer gluten free vanilla coated with white choc ganache. Middle cake red velvet with cream cheese frosting coated with white choc ganache. Bottom layer chocolate fudge with choc icing and choc ganache. Fondant applied to all cakes. The eucylptus leaves hand made, first time of doing them. Pleased with the whole cake!
