Nicole has a rare sense of what’s happening around her and what’s needed next for our clients, our projects, and our team.

As Head of Sales, Nicole is usually the first point of contact for Wilderness and the person artists and partners meet when a collaboration begins. Client relationships, new opportunities, and bringing projects into the studio are in her hands. She curates studio setup offers tailored to each client, from camps to other activities, and builds the sales strategies behind them. HR and project management tasks sit with her too, and when things get busy, she is always ready to step in.

What comes naturally to Nicole is looking out for people: she listens, notices when something needs attention, and is there when it matters. Friendly, caring and dependable, she brings a sense of calm and connection to the team, keeping projects moving forward without ever losing sight of the people behind them. ✨

Two Artists. No concrete masterplan.
Two DJs hauling records, throwing their own parties, burning through nights nobody was tracking. University. Commercial gigs. Too many flights. Somewhere in there, friendship turned into chemistry. The kind you can’t manufacture in a boardroom.
Today, that’s Felix and Florian. They run Wilderness Studios together. Co-founders and co-CEOs. No hierarchy, just trust and a shared history that outlasted the industry’s usual reinvention cycle.

That’s the DNA of the studio, too. Open-format. Genre-agnostic. No lane, no box, no algorithm-friendly niche. The instinct to be present in the moment remains their purpose, experimenting more their compass and trusting the process their motivation.

Tucked into the mountains in Nassereith, Tyrol, they’re still reading the room. Just a bigger one now.

They’re the heart of Wilderness Studios: the visionaries behind everything you see and everything still to come. Patient listeners, sharp collaborators, and the first ones in any room willing to make the impossible possible.

Jeannine is another integral member of the Wilderness family for quite some time.

Behind the scenes, she keeps a close eye on all things gastronomy. Her warm, inviting nature paired with a structured, thorough approach means every catering need is covered and stocked, fueling the creative process and getting the studio camp-ready before anyone even arrives. Our Good Morning and Good Evening teams are in good hands whenever she steps in.

Her contribution doesn’t stop there: she’s also a valued member of the sales team and, on occasion, lends a hand in project management. Jeannine is someone you’ll be happy to meet at the studio, and you won’t soon forget.☀️

Dan, our South Tyrolean export straight from the Dolomites to the Austrian Alps.⛰️

As Studio Manager, Dan is the steady hand behind everything that happens in and around Wilderness Studios during our residential camps. From prepping the studios and welcoming artists and guests, to solving last-minute hiccups and making sure everyone has exactly what they need. Dan is right there, hands-on, every step of the way. That’s what makes every camp and studio session run seamlessly, start to finish.

Off duty, you’ll find him behind the DJ booth or cooking some seriously good Italian pasta. And true to his night-owl nature, Dan is often still at work on his own music long after everyone else has called it a day. 🎧🍝
