CRAFTING CONCEPTS 💫

With the world championships happening in STIHLs hometown, our focus was on creating an unforgettable and holistic experience. As we expected many important guests we wanted to step up our hospitality game from previous years. 💪🏼

After intense brainstorming sessions, we presented CLUB '85 to . In a short span, we developed the brand, the strategy, and every aspect of the conception. We're thrilled with the initial implementation and the positive feedback received. Excited to apply our learnings at upcoming events and take CLUB '85 to new heights.

The World Championship 2023 in Stuttgart has come to an end, and we're thrilled with the journey! 🏆

We poured our hearts into this project, and the exhaustion is worth it. We introduced CLUB '85, a new hospitality concept, alongside overseeing every aspect of the event.

Thanks to the amazing crew- we had an amazing time! We welcomed over 1000 guests into CLUB '85, opened the doors for 6500 fans each day and had 2.6 million live stream views! 😲

Now, it's time for a well-deserved rest to recharge and come back even stronger. Stay tuned for more on CLUB '85! 💪😴

Spectacular times in UNESCO World Heritage City, Baden-Baden, at the SWR3 New Pop Festival!

With 50,000+ attendees, 30,000 live-stream viewers, 30 hours of festival radio, and 19 top artists, it was a true highlight. 🎶

We managed all participants with our accreditation software KEENTIX, ensuring smooth accreditation for artists, press, and crew. Plus, we handled the venue management for the open-air stage in Kurgarten in collaboration with the SWR3 New Pop Festival Team. What an exciting challenge!

Recap: For 4 Saturdays in July and August, we took charge of bringing a new musical event series to life in the historic streets of Gernsbach. We rolled out a state-of-the-art mobile stage setup, where lights and sound were perfectly engineered for quick assembly and disassembly, creating a modern street experience with music from local artists 🎤🌟

Team vibes in Gernsbach! 🌟

A couple weeks ago we took some days off to discuss the ABCs of roles & responsibilities within our cooperative work environment. We're a team of individualists, cherishing the flexibility to work our own way. To better embrace our flexibility, we recently dived into exploring each person's role within the KEEN family.
