The most epic wedding day for Caitlin & Nick. ✨

After 12 years of Sophisticated Weddings, it felt time for a website that truly reflects where the brand is today. ✨

I’m so excited to finally share the newly revised site — thoughtfully updated to feel more refined, modern and aligned with the couples and weddings I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years.

Looking back to when I started Sophisticated Weddings in 2014, I could never have imagined where the journey would lead. Every wedding, every lovely couple and every recommendation has played a part in shaping the business into what it is today, and I’m genuinely so grateful for all of the support along the way. 🤍

A little reintroduction ✨

With so many new faces here recently, I wanted to take a moment to say hello — and thank you for being here.

I’m Victoria — a British wedding planner and founder of Sophisticated Weddings Italy, a journey I began in 2014 that has shaped so much of my life ever since.

This photo is me with my fiancé Francesco and our daughter Camila, taken while attending a recent wedding. Not working, not planning — just present in the moment.

If I think about what this journey has given me, it’s not just the weddings or the incredible places… it’s the people. The couples I meet, the creatives I work with, the families I get to know, and of course my own family who are right there beside me through it all.

I feel very lucky for all of it — the love, the chaos, the in-between moments, and everything this wedding planner life has brought.

To my team, and to all of you who follow along and support my work here — thank you, it truly means more than I can say.

Wedding season is upon us, and we are so excited for the beautiful celebrations this year will bring. ❤️
