Sunday, A'adecor had the pleasure of attending the launch of W.E.N (Woman Entrepreneur Network) along with 17 team members and 3 board members. That step made the group an official non-profit organization. Which would lead to better opportunities for members and more room for growth in entrepreneurship.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS A'adecor

•All Items are inspected before and after renting.
•Any Items reported lost or damaged by the renter is responsible for the cost of the items.
•All rental and decor services should be booked 4 weeks before the event date.
•A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT are required to ensure service and the balance to be paid within 7 days.
•A 10% NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE CHARGE will be charged on each booking before 7 days.
•Seven days after full booking there will be NO REFUND.
•All items under a $100 are required full payment.
•Any payments over $250.00 are required to deposit money into our business account.
•Delivery charges are base on the amount of goods and location.
•All receipt must be shown when making payment or collecting rental items.
•There's a late fee charge when returning items 30mins after the set time.
•There's a late fee charge of $100 for late payment after a service is used.
• There will be a $50.00 charge for consultation.
•Express Service is $100, once the date and resources are available.

NO SHARP OR FOREIGN OBJECTS should be inserted into any of the Tables or Chairs.
All items should be wiped once get WET.
All items shouldn't return extremely DIRTY.

SEQUIN LINENS
NO HEAT Should be placed unto the Sequin.
NO WASHING of the Sequin.

Should be used on any of the Linens.

As an event decorator, we have many duties, tasks, and responsibilities when booked by a customer. Which may include:

• Meeting with customers to understand their vision
• Planning the design
• Sourcing materials and supplies (such as furniture, fabrics, props, and decorations)
• Hiring additional staff if necessary
• And overseeing installation of the final displays.
