Another Opportunity! Purple Tree is looking for a Promoter Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Selection, and Management: Recruit, select, and manage promoter teams throughout the UAE.
HR Information: Maintain an up-to-date database of all promoters and ensure HR information is accurate.
Coordination: Manage and coordinate large groups of promoters.
Scheduling: Create promoter timetables and track attendance.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual performance and Key Performance Indicators.
Salary Management: Handle promoter salaries to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
Improvement: Work on enhancing the caliber of our promoter teams continually.
Reporting: Report directly to the Manager on all matters related to promoter personnel.
Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance the quality of promoter performance and refresh product knowledge.

Driver's License: Hold a valid driving license.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a model/talent/promoter agency, previous booking and sales experience, and recruitment experience are preferable.
Availability: This role may require long hours, out-of-office work, open castings, and last-minute bookings. All applicants must be flexible with working hours and available on weekends and out-of-hours when required.
