Some of the greatest lessons I’ve learned about building a business came from watching my dad. 🤍

I actually filmed this video standing in his office & was reflecting on how he built businesses across Toronto and Dhaka through decades of hard work, self-belief and the courage to create a life on his own terms.

What inspired me most wasn’t just what he built, but the flexibility it gave him; the freedom to move between cities, be present for his family, and still have a life outside of work.

Today, as I expand Taj Raj Events into my third city, Dhaka, by the Grace of Allah, I find myself dreaming of building something with that same freedom and purpose.

My prayer is that Allah puts endless Barakah in this journey, allows Taj Raj Events to flourish across cities, and gives me the flexibility to build an empire while still being present for the people and moments that matter most.

Here’s to building my empire through Taj Raj Events. 🤍

Taj Raj Events is expanding its presence in Dhaka, and we’re looking for a polished, professional Sales Coordinator to support us during our upcoming client meetings on October 2 & 3, 2026.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the Bangladeshi wedding and events industry, communicates confidently with clients, and can represent a luxury international wedding planning brand with professionalism and warmth.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or a related field
• Is fluent in English and Bangla
• Is polished, personable, and confident in client-facing settings
• Has excellent communication and organizational skills
• Understands the Dhaka wedding market and local vendor landscape
• Can confidently present Taj Raj Events’ services and approach to prospective clients
• Is comfortable coordinating appointments, following up with leads, and supporting client consultations
• Has a professional appearance and strong attention to detail

The role:

You will support Taj Raj Events during our October 2–3 Dhaka client consultation days, helping coordinate meetings, welcome prospective clients, communicate our services, and support lead follow-up.

Compensation: Commission-based, with details discussed with shortlisted candidates.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside an established international wedding planning company with 15+ years of experience across Toronto, Dubai and now Dhaka.
