We’re going to need a bigger pencil case.
Mihir () and Indrajith () just won a D&AD New Blood Pencil (which, if you aren’t in advertising, is basically the creative equivalent of winning an Oscar).
They grabbed it for their project, Every Story Leaves Traces (for Canal+), an idea is so good we’re actually kind of mad we didn’t think of it first. It’s a simple feature that lets you capture and share special moments of movies with a single tap.
A massive win for them, and a proud day for the House. Drop them some love in the comments.

After His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum called on citizens and residents across the UAE to raise the national flag on homes, institutions, and buildings on 9 April, the response didn’t just show up physically, it became visible across everyday life too.
You could see it across the skyline, across workplaces, and across the country’s visual language online too, with brands and platforms reflecting the moment in real time. And that’s what made it hit differently. It was collective.
From Talabat to ENBD X to ADNOC, the digital layer mirrored what was already happening on the ground.
A reminder that national pride is not always expressed in grand gestures.
Sometimes it shows up in quiet alignment.
In participation.
In presence.
In people and brands choosing to reflect the same feeling at the same time.
