Dear Exhibitors, (Dubai Eid Exhibition 2012)
We are truly grateful for your team’s and your participation in Dubai Eid Exhibition, held at the Taj Palace Hotel on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2012. It is only with your help that the event could be made possible.
Dubai Eid Exhibition was an exhibition where we had 25 stalls given primarily to those who wished to exhibit Fashion Wear, Shoes, Jewelry, Art work, etc.
Immense marketing was done to get people down to the venue to get good deals on things they need, which resulted in gathering around 700 people in 2 days (more were expected). This number has done well to many. Almost all exhibitors managed to make good sales.
However, to accept it, there was a weak footfall during the first few hours of the event, as presumably majority of the target attendees/guests were busy with their Ramadan Routine.
Let me also take this opportunity to appreciate the cooperation of all the exhibitors. All of you were great, friendly, understanding and very accommodating.
Bringing down 50 people (competitors) under one roof and asking them to sell things is not easy, but it was done indeed in a very friendly way.
On behalf of Eventstein Enterprise, I would like to once again thank all the exhibitors, customers, guests, attendees, family and friends, for supporting us and making this event happen.
