We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who keeps operations tight, teams aligned, suppliers moving, and permits approved, from planning stages through to live ex*****on. You’re the one who ensures nothing slips, nothing stalls, and everything is compliant.

What You’ll Be Running
・Keeping projects moving smoothly behind the scenes
・Coordinating suppliers, vendors, and production partners
・Managing schedules, trackers, call sheets, and daily follow-ups
・Handling event permits, approvals, and authority requirements (venues, municipalities, relevant governing bodies, etc.)
・Supporting live events and on-site operations with confidence
・Anticipating issues and resolving them fast, often before they escalate
・Ensuring teams, materials, logistics, and documentation are always in place

What You Bring
・Proven experience coordinating permits, approvals, and compliance requirements
・Strong relationships with suppliers and the ability to manage them firmly and professionally
・Excellent organisation, follow-ups, and attention to detail
・Confidence juggling multiple projects simultaneously
・Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused during live events and tight timelines
