Rone Jaxx, born Rony Jackson, started his musical journey at the age of 14, back in the early 90's whilst deejaying/emceeing in spontaneous venues all over U.A.E , most of his early gigs consisted him to play an eclectic (all kinds of music) set which he always delivered with a raw urban touch.
Known as one of the sole pioneers of hip-hop in the Middle East, he has inspired a generation of Urban fans in the region. Rone is also a member of "Lucid Cru" consisting of two other established DJs, DJ Shero and DJ Flash B, releasing mix recordings every month. He is also a member of production/DJ outfit UGP and founder of "JAXXMA”.
Now residing on Radio 1 with the hugely successful 'URBAN EDUCATION' which first aired in 2005, schooling the UAE on classic, unreleased, and latest urban flavors.

Pioneer DJ of the Year WINNER 2013Simply a very passionate music lover, DJ Ka Boo started to learn DJ techniques at the young age of 17.Having been told on several occasions that he had a good ear for RnB & Hip-Hop music selection , he decided to pursue it further and taught himself the art of DJing. He kick started his career by being a guest DJ at TGI Friday, Cairo after which he was contacted by talent seekers and got a break at one of the biggest clubs in Cairo, Club Rive Gauche for the popular RnB & Hip-Hop nights. Besides club appearances, he has been the warm up DJ for several concerts such as BLUE, Sean Paul, Massari & Blackstreet as well as worked alongside with international DJs:
