He is currently working as a Consultant and Head of the Paediatrics Department at ๐Œ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐œ ๐๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ ๐‡๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ and as a Professor of Paediatrics at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, ๐”๐€๐„ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, Al Ain, UAE.

He became a member of the ๐‘๐จ๐ฒ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐š๐ž๐๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก, ๐”๐Š in 2006, and then a Fellow of the ๐‘๐จ๐ฒ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐š๐ž๐๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก (๐”๐Š).

Dr. Al Shibli achieved the rank of adjunct Professor of Paediatrics in the College of Medicine, UAE University. He has many publications and editorials in peer review journals.

In addition to his experience in clinical and academic field, Dr. Al Shibli has been a member of international associations throughout the years, and he worked as Chief of Paediatric Quality Assurance and the Director of Paediatric Education in Tawam Hospital.
