Exhibitions & Events Association of Southern Africa (EXSA) EXSA is a non-profit organisation representing Venues, Organisers, Exhibition Designers, Stand Builders, Service Companies and Associate Organisations.

The Exhibition and Event Association of Southern Africa, EXSA, is a non-profit organisation representing Venues, Suppliers, Agencies, Design Houses, Exhibition service providers EXSA, via collective representation, provides a forum for all participants across the spectrum of the exhibition industry. EXSA adds credibility, status and integrity to its members through membership qualifying criteria a

nd adherence to the Code of Ethics. EXSA protects the interests of its members, exhibitors and visitors to members. EXSA sets standards and ethics amongst its members and endeavours to create a professional image for the industry as a whole. EXSA provides a platform for arbitration and mediation in the event of disputes between members and/or exhibitors. EXSA provides recognition to members and exhibitors by judging exhibition stands and exhibitions, thus developing and promoting excellence within the industry. EXSA lobbies at government level on legislation affecting the exhibition industry such as the SANS 10366 and the new Health and Safety Act. EXSA provides an information service collection and dissemination service to all interested parties, both locally and internationally.

EXSA Awards Ceremony: "The Tide is Turning" 🌴

Get ready to celebrate excellence and innovation in the exhibition industry at the highly anticipated EXSA Awards Ceremony, taking place on Thursday, 23rd January 2025 at the Midrand Conference Centre. This year’s theme, "The Tide is Turning", sets the tone for an exciting day and evening filled with inspiration, networking, and recognition.

The day begins with our Conference, starting at 8:30 AM for 9:00 AM, where thought leaders and industry pioneers will share their insights.
