We recently had the incredible honour of catering the official opening of Hope for the Blind โ€” an inspiring center that celebrates vision beyond sight.

To mark the occasion, we designed a special menu titled โ€œFrom Dark, to Light, to Colourโ€, reflecting the powerful journey of those who experience the world in extraordinary ways.

The center is alive with vibrant art, created by those who โ€œseeโ€ through heart, touch, and imagination โ€” reminding us that beauty is not only what we see, but what we feel.
