Calling all videographers! PLEASE ADVISE!

My daughter got married end of April and the video has been released.

Guess what? For some reason the videographer does not have any footage of The Mother of the Bride.

How is that even possible! He says he cannot edit the video to add photos of the MOB??

Videographers, is there a way of editing the video?
