Turning 40 never looked so tasty🙌🏼🌸
40th birthday of one of our all time wildflowers🌻

If you know this beauty of a human, you'd know she's a lover of good food, good company and a good time outdoors! So when it came to the drawing board and the ball was left in our court, we knew EXACTLY what to do🙌🏼🎉

For the cake we did our much loved spiced carrot cake with cream frosting of course! (And yes, those cacti are made from buttercream) 🎂

For a little savoury treat we did two batches of puff tarts served with smokey BBQ cream cheese dip🥟
🥓 Bacon, brie and cranberry
🧀 Camembert with pear and walnut relish

When we got our photos from the birthday girl we were informed that we hit that ball out of the park and everything was a hit!🙌🏼🌻

A cake fit for a queen 👑🎂
Smah, a stunning, slightly sassy but oh so caring medic at , recently celebrated her birthday in style 🎂🎉

She wanted our chocolate cake for her workday birthday celebrations, but we just knew we needed to be a tad bit extra. Enter the chocolate dipped strawberries and golden sprinkle center 🍓🍫
We not only got tagged in an awesome post, but got the biggest hug and smooch on the cheek when we saw her later that day!💚🙌🏼

Amazing food, fun-filled market, buskers and a stunning concert!🙌🏼✨
As you may or may not know, we recently took part in the annual Reichenau Mission Concert and Market day🛍️💚

This year's menu boasted our famous pulled baguettes and of course featured some of our sweet treats 🥖🍩

To keep it semi short and sweet we have attached our menu along with the pictures we managed to snap 😅📸

We absolutely LOVE this event! It's always filled with good vibes, amazing stalls, beautiful views and there's always a spot to find for some peace and tranquility🌻

This year was definitely hotter than the last . Regardless fun was had and yes, I feed  the "boys" and as you can see they enjoyed every bite( not stoked when they saw me taking the sneaky pic)😅✨
We can't wait to see everyone again next year!💚

Mountain views and delicious food!
Over the past 3 years, we have had the honour of been a part of an amazing hiking event! This event is held along the Giants Cup trail and takes place over 4 days during April🏕️✨

Since the beginning, we have worked closely with the organisers to create and deliver menu/meal plans customised to the hikers and helped with transport and top ups along the way. From lunch to dinner and everything in between, we always have them covered! 🙌💚

How it works
Our go to lady aka "H" over at Midlands hiking club contacts us, a couple months prior to the event. We go back and forth with the menu ideas for both lunch and dinner, transport and logistics, dietary requirements and any changes to the usual procedure. Once this is done and we have finalised everything. "H" then puts her complete and utter trust in us and we ALWAYS deliver 😁🌼
We ensure that every evening the hikers arrive to their next stop, to a hot meal for dinner and a balance and delicious lunch for the next day🌿

The lunches are made up of a juice, piece of fruit, sweet treat and a savoury lunch option. The dinners are served with accompanying sides and a loaf/roll of the day 🍲✨

One thing we always battle to get is pictures of the dinners as once they arrive, they're demolished. Luckily our hikers managed to snap a few and send them through🙌😅

We did however get some pic of the lunches, views and some awesome pics from our hikers 😁🌿
If we've said it once we've said it a thousand times, we fudging love catering events! Getting to meet new people, make new connections, showing our love through our food and exploring our beautiful surroundings. What more could you want! 💚✨
