A WEEKEND OF EXCELLENCE, HOSPITALITY & CULINARY ARTISTRY 👨🏾🍳✨
As a well-travelled Chef, I have had the privilege of experiencing hospitality and culinary destinations across many parts of the world. This weekend, I had the pleasure of experiencing something truly special right here at Styne City Hotel by Saxon Luxury Apartments.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The apartment accommodation was a true 4-star experience, offering comfort, style and a sense of luxury.
Then came breakfast — fit for kings! 👑 The attention to detail, presentation and quality of the food set the perfect tone for the day.
The experience continued with the Gauteng Chaine Junior Chef Gala Lunch & Award Ceremony. On arrival, we were welcomed with freshly made sushi, followed by a beautifully curated four-course lunch that was, quite simply, out of this world! The creativity, ex*****on, presentation and flavours demonstrated an incredible level of culinary passion.
But exceptional food is only one part of a great hospitality experience. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.
A special congratulations and thank you to everyone who contributed to making the weekend memorable — from the security team at the gate, restaurant team, General Manager Mr David, F&B Manager, Head Chefs, Junior Chefs and every waiter and member of the hospitality team.
You all demonstrated what happens when professionalism, passion, teamwork and genuine hospitality come together.
As a Chef who has travelled and experienced hospitality around the world, I can confidently say:
