Planning the White Wedding🛫

After our traditional wedding, we immediately started planning our white wedding. We gave ourselves two years and set a date for 04 April 2020. Little did we know that COVID-19 would completely change those plans.

The very first thing we did was book our wedding venue. We viewed a few venues around Gauteng, but my heart was set on Chez Charlene Venue .♥️

What stood out for me was that it's truly a one- stop shop. It has a beautiful chapel, a spacious reception area, and on-site accommodation. They also work with reputable vendors, which gave me such peace of mind during the planning process👌🏼

The Proposal💍

It was Sunday, 29th October 2017, when I got a call from my mother, her voice full of excitement—my partner had come to visit her.

He asked my mom for permission to marry me, and I had never seen her so happy. Then she asked me if I was ready to say yes… and of course, I did! ❤️

After that, all the wedding preparations officially began.
