Pot Roasted butter chicken , crispy juicy Fried Lamb chops, savoury rice, potatoe & egg salad and the Greek salad. Cooking requires techniques strong pallet/cent , no recipe books used in my kitchen but Heart mind and taste before it is produced. T
The Lamb was crispy on the outside buy soft and juice inside not biltong nee. Chicken ake buwe . Cooking today was soulful to many as i took old style mamas cooking and gave it some latest touch and revamping
