A quick note about AI-generated artwork...

We’re no longer accepting AI-generated files for direct printing unless they have been professionally prepared for print production.

While AI is a great tool for generating ideas and concepts, the files it produces often have issues that make them unsuitable for quality printing, including:

• Low image resolution
• Incorrect sizing and proportions
• Missing transparent backgrounds
• Poor edge quality and artifacts
• Inconsistent colours and details
• Files that do not meet print production standards

Unfortunately, we spend a significant amount of time correcting these problems before a job can be printed, which increases production time and can affect the final result.

If your artwork was created using AI, it may need to be redrawn, vectorised, resized, or professionally prepared before it can be printed.

This is unnecessary because we do artwork for FREE. Yes. FREE. Rather send us your ideas and we will bring them to life(real life 😉)

Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the highest possible print quality, and that starts with using artwork that meets professional print standards.
