The main theme of The Penitentiary is one where the Landlord is the Warden and the Tenants are Inmates. The Fashion cells can be rented on both a short term or permanent basis. The entire facility comprises of the Fashion Retail cells, Model Agency, Photographic Studio, Catwalk Fashion Ramp, Cocktail Bar aptly named Captivity, V.I.P. Cigar Lounge and Dance Studio. The facility is well suited for
