Have you ever seen a croissant in the making, or tried to make them yourself?

Croissants are not difficult to make, but getting them right does take a bit of practice! The result should always be the most perfect, rich, buttery, flaky, puffed croissant. So, what's the trick?

Loads of premium quality butter (no one ever said French cuisine would spare you the calories!), keeping the pastry cool in between folding and of course, thick layers!
