Away from the responsibilities, the rushing, the buzz and all the roles you carry every day.

This is what I love about my Inner Bloom Ladies Retreat:
Women arrive from different places, different stages of life and with completely different stories. For one weekend, we put all of that aside and create space to simply be.

To rest.
To breathe.
To reflect.
To let go.
To laugh.
To connect with other women.

And, somewhere in between it all, to reconnect with yourself.

You don't need to be going through a crisis.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You may simply need some time for you.

You’ve seen me creating transformational Ladies Weekends, retreats and events... but that’s not the only space where I bring people together.

Many of you will also know that creating unforgettable events and experiences has been part of what I do for many years.

Today, I combine that experience with my work as a Coach and Facilitator to create meaningful corporate experiences too.

From team building and team development to strategy days, corporate events and year-end functions, I can facilitate the experience, plan the entire event, or combine the two.
