This was an order for a client that went out this past Saturday. A variety of samoosas, patha rolls, Chicken springrolls, chicken halfmoon pies and veda❤️❤️ All these items can be purchased frozen from us.

This was an early morning order that went out with one of my 1st clients from church. Margo and her dear husband Rolf. This was their snacks for their drive down to Lamberts Bay. I am so grateful for their loyalty and support over the last 12 years.

I decided to bake my own birthday cake this year. I wanted something simple but delicious and opted to make this Custard Cake. 2 layers of fluffy and light vanilla sponge sandwiched together with a Whipped Cream & Custard frosting. I will definitely be making this again😋😋
