⛺💪 WHEN THE SPACE IS CHALLENGING, OUR TEAM GETS CREATIVE! 💪⛺

Not every event setup comes with an easy layout… but that's where experience, teamwork and a good dose of problem-solving come in! 😉🙌

This stretch-tent installation called for some creative thinking to accommodate the client's space and vision.

Pierre and Doompie got to work, tackled the challenge and brought the setup together! 👏⛺

At Star EventOvasion, we know that every venue is different. Our team works hard to find practical solutions and help clients create a comfortable space for their special occasions.

✨ OUR TENT & EVENT SOLUTIONS INCLUDE:

⛺ Stretch tents
🎪 Frame tents and event shelters
🪑 Tables, chairs and event furniture
🎉 Equipment for private celebrations and corporate functions

From intimate family gatherings to larger celebrations, we help you create a space where people can come together and enjoy the occasion.

Because behind every great event is a team willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! ❤️💪

ANOTHER FAMILY FUN DAY IN THE BOOKS! 🌊☀️🎪

Since 2019, EventOvasion has had the privilege of bringing the annual Family Fun Day at The Coves, Hartbeespoort to life!

And every year, we’re reminded why we absolutely LOVE what we do. ❤️

From giant inflatables and slides to fun games, soft play, entertainment, shaded chill-out areas and plenty of space for families to enjoy the day together, this is so much more than simply putting up a few castles.

It’s about creating an experience.
It’s about children running, laughing and playing until they have absolutely nothing left in the tank… 😂

Parents relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings…
And our team working behind the scenes to make the whole thing happen.
The lake. ⛵
The mountains. ⛰️
The sunshine. ☀️
The laughter. 😂
The giant inflatables. 🎪
The memories. ❤️

Thank you to our wonderful The Coves clients for trusting EventOvasion year after year.
We are incredibly grateful to be part of your annual family tradition. 🌟
Since 2017. Still creating memories. Still making it happen.
