Her eyes are where Buhle begins — the place where his portraits breathe before they speak. In his work, the eyes become more than a feature; they are a landscape. A confession. A confrontation. A truth that cannot be softened or edited out.

From Vision to Victory ✨
During our Sacred Sundays Vision Board & Pizza session, one of our beautiful souls, Sino, placed two dreams on her board — to run a 21km race and to grow her fashion brand.

Today, both dreams have blossomed into reality. 🌸 She shared this video with us after completing her latest feat - running and conquering a 21km race after she had manifested it during this session earlier this year!

This is what Sacred Sundays are all about — planting seeds of intention, nurturing them with community, and watching them bloom into milestones.

Vision boards weren’t just about pictures and glue; they were portals of purpose. Thank you, Sinobom Nompuku for sharing your testimony with us & yet again, inspiring us!

Here’s to more Sundays where creativity meets recovery, and faith meets action. 🌿

As we evolve in how we care for our minds, it’s becoming clearer that healing isn’t only clinical — it’s deeply spiritual too. 🧠✨
Modern therapy deserves space for both. The science that helps us understand our patterns, and the spirituality that reminds us we are more than what happened to us.

When providers honour culture, intuition, ritual, and faith alongside evidence-based tools, people feel seen as whole humans — not just symptoms to be treated.

Holistic care means healing the mind and nurturing the soul.
We need more of that kind of therapy. 🌱💛
