I spent 30+ years in the corporate world as an Executive PA, but my heart always had a creative side hustling to break free. During that time, I earned an Advanced Diploma in Events Management (Feb 2016) 🎓, and later, when I became the co-owner of a foo

d truck 🚚, I dove into photography to capture the deliciousness we served up, earning a Professional Photography Diploma in Jan 2019 📸. For almost 5 years, we rolled into markets, events, and private functions, meeting amazing people, creating tasty dishes, and sharing smiles 🍔❤️. Then COVID came along and put the brakes on the food truck, but my passion for food stayed strong. I used that time to explore the fast-evolving world of digital marketing, and in Nov 2021, I proudly earned my International Certification in Digital Marketing 💻📈. In Nov 2022, I moved to beautiful Somerset West, Cape Town 🌿🍇, surrounded by stunning wine farms and events. I started creating charcuterie boards, gift boxes, and picnic boxes for friends, family, and private events 🧀🍓🥖. And I found my calling! 🎯 Now, I’ve turned that passion into a business, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

BIG LIFE UPDATE 💼➡️👩🏽‍💼

After an amazing run of dishing up love from my kitchen to yours, I’ve decided to hang up the apron and head back to the 9-5 world!

That means Leave It To Me is officially closing the catering kitchen doors, and I’ll no longer be serving up ready-made or frozen meals.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU:

• To everyone who trusted me with your weeknight dinners, party platters, and “I-don’t-feel-like-cooking” emergencies.

• To all the regulars who made my freezers part of your freezers.

• To every DM, referral, and “OMG these lasagnas saved my life” message ❤️.

It’s been such a joy feeding you all, but a new chapter is calling and I’m excited to answer.

No more ready-made/frozen meals from me, but endless thanks to YOU for all the support, orders, and kind words. You made this journey delicious.
