I remember seeing this beautiful vision in front of me. At the time I had to make decisions - 'Who am I, Who am I now and who am I becoming ?'

My image 'As Above so Below ' is a Metaphor for our lives. Reflecting the choices we have to make and the roads we must travel.

None of us are getting out of this life alive - no matter which road you journey on. All roads ultimately lead us 'home' , to remembering who we truly are.

They were as beautiful, if not more beautiful than the colourful ones."

Change - thoughts from Marlene.

Change... a mental understanding of situations and things not staying the same.

We would have to lose our ego completely or learn to let go of it in order for us to never be affected by things changing.

And yet there is absolutely NO - THING that ever stays the same. If you observe light, by that, I mean sit in one place and observe how the light changes every second. This gives us an idea of the illusion we are attached to, that we want things to stay the same.

They can't and they don't, so what part of us is attached? Why do we want to love forever, get married forever, make everything last forever ?
My layman understanding of all that is there are parts of our brain that is able to follow programs and repetition and this forms attachment. Our brains are built to seek connection and security—think survival instincts from way back. Emotionally, we latch onto what feels safe, familiar, or meaningful, especially when we’re scared of loss or uncertainty.
This is a conversation on its own...

We run these programs throughout lifetimes and over generations. In families and in schools we learn it parrot fashion; repetition rules.

Without becoming too philosophical there are moments where I am able to just sit and allow everything around me to continue and I become the observer. If we never had language, how would we communicate? Imagine if we just relied on reading energy and vibrations. Imagine if we could just sit with change and the rate that it actually happens.

This is realising the mind is like a gear we change. When we rise above our thoughts, become aware of the breath there is something inside us that becomes the watcher. Its a beautiful process. Try it !

Sit and focus on something an object in front of you, melt into your situation and feel how we become part of the change, internal and external change. Nothing, absolutely nothing stays the same. Observe a cloud how rapidly the transformation happens and then it evaporates. It is happening so quickly we can't grasp it.

We are like that cloud, forever changing. Nothing lasts not even your breath, one day it too will return and become part of the wind.

Its been a huge lesson to bring myself into presence and be the watcher of my life just like a lens of a camera that zooms in and out.

We are change - we are not separate from it.
