Elsj - Events and Planning Specialist I am an Events and Planning Specialist based in Cape Town, South Africa. With over 15 years of experience - our focus is simple, we help you make it happen.

My services include Events and Projects that need extra TLC. I’ve hosted intimate dinners for 30, created world-renowned events for 3000, and worked alongside brands listed as the most prestigious in the world. My style is direct; Personally I love events that are considerate, classic and understated - and I believe every gathering has a clear purpose that is never to be forgotten in the semantics

. I start with the end in mind. I’m tough, and tenacious and I don’t “manage” - I prefer the term ‘steward.’

March took me on a journey I never imagined possible!

Being part of the team was a privilege! A group of incredible humans - doing supernatural event things to make it happen 😅 ⛽️

What stood out the most was the leadership. For the first time in my career - I wasn’t afraid to fail. 🥹 Imagine the possibilities of a team if that’s your home base.

Needless to say - I was beyond sad leaving the office on my last day. This event showed me landscapes I would never have known about, and it exposed me to leadership that will be hard to top.

On to the next 🥂

Hey, I’m Elsj 👩‍💻

If we haven’t met in person but you’re here - Welcome! And if we’ve had the pleasure of meeting, or know each other - thanks for being here!

I’ve been in the Events and Hospitality Industry for 15 years - bred in curating Polo events - and dabbling in Weddings, Events, and Celebrations.

Weddings were my first love - creating and developing Polo Events and Hospitality my long-term crush. (It’s the opportunity to create a memorable experience or hospitality moment that really excited me 🥰) Today I’m privileged to host and celebrate with incredible clients - creating key Events on the calendar or memorable celebrations. 🥂

What I love most about the events business is the business and operations of events itself - I do things a little differently around here...

My aim is for my clients to win - every single time.
