:NEW POLICY ON HOSTED GUESTS & CLUB SPEND - PLEASE READ

Team,

I want to address an important business issue affecting all of us.

As promoters, we invest heavily every night to host our ladies. We provide free entry, free alcohol, and free sh**ha for the entire night to keep the vibe and energy in the club.

This is an investment from the business with an expected return - when our hosted guests are in the venue, they help drive atmosphere, and patrons are expected to support the venue by buying drinks / bottles.

What is currently happening is a loss to the business:

Some patrons come in late (around 4-5am or any time), they do not buy anything from the bar, no bottle, no entry spend. They then approach our hosted ladies, offer them private money, and leave with them.

This means:
1. The business loses the full investment made on hosting that lady for the night.
2. The club makes zero income from that patron.
3. The promoter loses control of his guests.

With immediate effect, this is the new rule for THE CLUB HOSTING

1. No guest may leave with a hosted lady without supporting the business. Any patron engaging with our hosted guests must show a minimum spend in the club (at least a bottle or bar tab).
2. Hosted ladies must remain in the venue unless cleared by the lead promoter. If a lady wants to leave early with a patron, the promoter must be informed.
3. Security & Floor Managers - Please do not allow patrons who have spent nothing to loiter and approach hosted tables. Ask for proof of spend.
4. Promoters are responsible for their guests. If your hosted ladies are consistently leaving without the business benefiting, we will review the hosting allocation.

We host ladies to build the club, not to host for outsiders who contribute nothing. If a patron likes a lady in our venue, he must first respect and support the venue that made that meeting possible.
